Raven Willoughby

Raven Willoughby has been a proud Lauraville resident since 2020. Originally from Oakland, California, she brings nearly 20 years of experience in community development, with a passion for helping people feel more connected, supported, and empowered where they live. As a mom, daughter, and granddaughter living in a multigenerational household, Raven deeply values the sense of belonging that strong neighborhoods create.

She currently serves as the Senior Director of Programs and Performance at Enterprise Community Development, overseeing resident services across 110 properties. Her background includes organizing parent-led education initiatives, designing citywide engagement strategies, and building strategic partnerships across sectors. Raven is especially passionate about engaging young families and creating opportunities for joy and connection throughout Lauraville. She is honored to bring her heart and expertise to the board and help keep the spirit of the neighborhood thriving.
